10 Hanging knee raises or Leg Raises
55/45/30 pound Power snatch, 10 reps
10 Wall ball shots, 14/10 pound ball

Caliber Accelerate:

For 20 minutes, do:
14 Weighted Sit-ups, 10 lb plate
14 Single Unders
14 Mountain Climbers
14 Lunges
14 Burpees

then repeat
