10 Walking lunge steps
12 Single Unders

Caliber Accelerate:
For 20 minutes perform:
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers, 30 seconds
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
