Come out with a friend today to do a partner workout! We’ll have food, mini-challenges and prizes too. It’s gonna be a blast!

For time:
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats

Work with a partner. One partner does 10 of each exercise while other partner jumps rope. When the first partner finishes her sets of 10, switch positions. Continue until you’ve completed 100 of each exercise as a team.
