Practice Handstand Walk Progressions for 10 minutes.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Thrusters, 35/25 lbs
30 meter Dumbbells Farmers Carry, 35/25 lbs

Caliber Accelerate:
Five rounds of:
45/30 lb Push-presses, 1 minute
Jumping Pull-ups, 1 minute
Burpees, 1 minute
Good Mornings, 1 minute
Lunges, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
