Row for Calories, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Burpees, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Double Unders, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

Beginners do Single Unders.

Caliber Accelerate:
For 20 minutes do:
15 Lateral Jumps
15 Sit-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Wall Ball Shots
