Russian Burpee Twists

Four rounds for reps of:
10 meter Shuttle Run (passes), 1 minute
Double Unders, 1 minute
Plate Facing Burpees, 1 minute
20/14 lb medball Russian Twists, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

Beginner and 101 scale down the above workout with Single Unders snd 10 lb medballs.
