Team Bear Complex


As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
1 Power Clean 95/65 lbs
1 Front Squat 95/65 lbs
1 Push Press 95/65 lbs
1 Back Squat 95/65 lbs
1 Push Press 95/65 lbs

Partner one completes a round then drops the bar and tags partner two who then completes a round while partner one rests. Partners continue alternating work for 20 minutes. Record total rounds and reps.
