10 Kettlebell swings, 35/26 lbs
10 Box jumps, 18”
10 Box dips

101:
Three rounds for reps of:
Burpees, 1 minute
Russian Twists, 1 minute
Supermans, 1 minute
Single unders, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
