L1: Wall Sit-up, Russian KB Swings 35/26 lb, 24/20” Box, Step ups allowed

101:
Practice the Press, Push-press & Push-jerk with PVC

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Squats
5 Hollow rocks
3 Push-ups
