We’ll be at the running track at Harper College today! Get your true 400 meter, 800 meter or 1 mile Run time. Afterward we’ll be doing a track WOD. Regular classes at CFC will be cancelled. Bring a friend! We start at 8:30 AM.
In teams of two:
200 meter Weighted Run counter clockwise, 20/14 lbs
Partner 2: 200 meter Sprint clockwise
Partners switch roles when Partner 1 finishes.
Complete a total of four rounds for time.
