Intermediate: Start at 40 Wall Ball Shots
Beginner: Start at 30 Wall Ball Shots, using 14/10 lbs

Practice One legged squat progressions

Then,

2-4-6-8-16-8-6-4-2 rep rounds for time of:
Russian Twists with 10 lb plate
Burpees
One Legged Squats to 18″ box
