Benchmark Workout

The Lurong Championship Challenge starts today! If you are participating come in early to any class to weigh in and get your measurements taken. Then we’ll do the Benchmark Workout. If you can’t come in today to weigh in you can come in during any class this week to make it up. We’re looking forward to some great results this time! Good luck!

As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
8 Lateral Bar hop Burpees
7 Cleans
6 Front Rack Lunges (L1: Front Squats)
5 Shoulder to Overhead

L3: 135/95
L2: 95/55
L1: 65/45

Tabata Air Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Ring Rows
