In teams of three, complete as many Burpees as possible in 15 minutes while partners in:
Position 1: Run 200 meters
Position 2: 155/115 lb Deadlift hold
Position 3: Burpees for reps.
Partners rotate positions after partner in Position 1 returns from the Run. If partner in Position 2 drops the bar, partner in Position 3 must stop performing Burpees until the bar is picked up.
