Bring a friend at 9:30 AM today! We’ll be having a partner WOD, mini challenges and a barbeque afterward. Even if you don’t have a friend come in anyway. It’s going to be a great time!

For time:
800 meter Run
100 Partner Medball tosses
400 meter Run
100 Partner Sit-up Medball passes
200 meter Run
100 Partner Burpees

Each partner alternates completing the reps. If one partner needs rest the other partner can continue completing reps. But both partners must complete the runs together.
