Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135/95 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Record the number of rounds competed in each cycle.

Beginner:
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
65/45 pound Muscle cleans, 3 reps
6 Knee Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles.

101:
Practice the Banded Pull-up

Then,
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Air Squats
15 Sit-ups
15 Burpees
