Run, 1600 m with a 25/10 lb plate
Run, 800 m with a 45/25 lb plate
Run, 400 m with a 1.5/1 pood Kettlebell
Run, 200 m with a 2/1.5 pood Kettlebell

Beginner:
For time:
Run, 800 m with a 20/10 lb dumbbell
Run, 400 m with a 25/15 lb dumbbell
Run, 200 m with a 35/25 lb dumbbell

If there is heavy rain the Alternate WOD is:

Three rounds for reps of:
Row for Calories, 1 minute
35/25 lb Dumbbells Weighted 20″ Box Step ups, 1 minute
30/20 lb Ball Slams, 1 minute
35/26 lb KB Swings, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute.
