15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

Beginner:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Box Jumps, 20″
75/55 pound Muscle clean to Front Squat to Push press, 2 reps
1 Rope climb progression

101:
Three rounds for reps of:
Burpees, 1 minute
Box Dips, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Stationary Lunges, 1 minute
Single unders, 1 minutes
Rest 1 minute
