Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
I played baseball, football and hockey every day as a child. In high school I got into weight lifting. I used to be in great shape!
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel?
My daughter gave me a 10 session gift for Christmas 2016. 1st WOD was 25 pullups ( I did ring rows), 25 double unders ( I did single unders) and 25 Overhead Squats ( I did front squats), for time (I finished in 14:05), and it was exhausting.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before / after)
I’m getting leaner, clothes fitting better
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected?
I’m procrastinating less.
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFC moments.
The first WOD I did without scaling down from beginner level, it felt great.
Any advice for people just getting started?
Don’t think too much about the upcoming WOD, just show up.
