Slammin Clean


With a continuously running clock perfom one Ball Slam and one Box Jump the first mimute, two Ball Slams and two Box jumps the second minute and three of each on the third minute, continuing for as long as you are able to complete the required number of reps. Use a 30/20 lb Slam Ball and a 24/20″ box. Record the number of minutes and reps completed.

Then,

With a continuously running clock perfom one Clean and Jerk the first mimute, two Clean and Jerks the second minute and three of each on the third minute, continuing for as long as you are able to complete the required number of reps. Use a 135/95 lb bar. Record the number of minutes and reps completed.
