75/55 lb Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 25 reps

Intermediate: sub Muscle ups with 20 Pull-ups and 20 Box dips partitioned in any way.

Beginner:
Three rounds for time of:
15 Ring Rows and 15 Box dips partitioned in any way.
45/30 lb Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 25 reps
