Memorial Day Murph


Today we honor our fallen heroes by doing the hero WOD, Murph, afterward we’ll be having a barbeque so bring your friends!

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats any way you want. You can do it Rx’d, do a Half Murph or you can share the reps with a partner. If you have body armor or a 20 lb vest wear it.
