Memorial Day Murph 


It’s this Saturday at 9 am! We’ll be honoring our fallen heroes this Memorial Day Weekend by doing the hero workout,

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats any way you want. If you have body armor or a 20 lb vest wear it. Do it Rx’d, do a Half Murph or share the reps with a partner.

Bring a friend, afterward we’ll be having a barbeque!
