Favorite WOD: Anything with Burpees, Thrusters, Rowing and Tabata.

Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
Previously I did track, volleyball, soccer and Karate. I have been working out since I was in high school, my dad got me a bench, dumbbells and couple other fitness machines. I was previously enrolled at Bally’s and XSport Fitness.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel?
My first WOD was very intense, it was last year in December, on a Saturday morning. I remember we did Burpees to “Roxanne”, I was dead tired, but I liked it.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before / after)
My muscle tone has improved, my overall physique is way better since I first started CrossFit.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected?
I am in a better physical shape since I started. CrossFit is very motivating for me.
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFC moments.
There are lots of them. It was definitely the 101 WOD’s at the beginning, I liked it very much. Other moment was Midnight Murph. Another accomplishment is being able to climb up on the rope.
Any advice for people just getting started?
Follow the coaches instructions, get yourself motivated, push yourself and you’ll be amazed how fast your fitness will improve!

I enjoy riding my motorcycle, scuba diving, exploring Latin American countries and discovering new places during my travels.
