75/55 lb Push press, 100 reps
Run 800 meters

Beginner:
20 Ring rows
20 Box dips
45/30 lb Push press, 50 reps
Run 800 meters

101:
Practice One legged squat progressions

Then,

2-4-6-8-16-8-6-4-2 rep rounds for time of:
Russian Twists with 10 lb plate
Burpees
One Legged Squats to 18″ box
