Benchmark Workout 1


The Lurong Summertime Challenge starts today! If you are participating, come in early to weigh in and get your measurements taken, then we’ll be doing the Benchmark Workout.

5 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Power Snatches
10 Box Jumps
Rest for 2 Minutes
5 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Overhead Squats
10 Box Jumps

L3: 95/65 lb Snatches & Overhead Squats, 24/20″ box
L2: 65/45 lb Snatches & Front Squats, 20/16″ box
L1: 45/35 lb Snatches & Front Squats, 16/12″ box

Beginner and 101 do Level 1.
Post: open skill work.
