Row 200 meters
10 Kettlebell Swings, 35/26 lbs
10 Box Jumps, 20″

If successful, record time.

Complete four rounds in less than 8 minutes of:
2 Bodyweight Front Squats (using the rack is allowed)
400 meter Row

If successful, record time.

101:
Practice the Shoulder Press with PVC and light bar.

Then,
Two rounds for for time of:
Row 200 meters
10 Kettlebell Swings, 35/26 lbs
10 Box Jumps, 20″
