20 Back extensions
20 Wall ball shots, 20/14 lbs

101:

Mobilize for and Practice the Overhead squat

Then,

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes do:
5 Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
10 Mountain Climbers
then as many Squats as possible in the time remaining.

Count total number of Squats.
