Five rounds of Negative Pull-up for time, rest 2 minutes.

15-10-5 rep rounds for time of:
35/25 lb Dumbbells Squat Clean Thrusters

The 7:30 pm Beginner Class will be Open Gym today. You are welcome to do Open Workout 17.1 during Open Gym right after it is announced!


Practice the Back Squat with PVC


Two rounds for time of:
20 Ring rows
20 Lateral Jumps
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Burpees
