1 Clean
2 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
2 Cleans
4 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
3 Cleans
6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
4 Cleans
8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Continuing in this manner for 12 minutes.
L3: 185/125 lbs
L2: 135/95 lbs, Pull-ups, 1:1 ratio
L1: 65/45 lbs, Ring rows, 1:1 ratio

Practice One legged squat progressions


2-4-6-8-16-8-6-4-2 rep rounds for time of:
Russian Twists with 10 lb plate
One Legged Squats to 18″ box
