5 Front Squats
7 Bar facing Burpees
L3: 155/115 lbs
L2: 95/65 lbs
L1: 65/35 lbs
Five rounds, each for time of:
5 Ring Rows
15 Knee Push-ups
Rest 1 minute between each round.
