Discuss the Paleo Diet and the Zone Diet

Then,
Three rounds for reps of:

20 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps

20 Sit-ups

20 Push-ups

20 Lateral Jumps
 

Burpees for max reps

First round is 3 minutes long, second round is 4 minutes, third round is 5 minutes long. One minute rest in between rounds.
