Sumo in the Box

Four rounds for reps of:
30/24″ Box Jumps, 1 minute
115/85 lb Sumo deadlift high pulls, 1 minute

Then,
3 Muscle ups,
5 Muscle up progressions, or
7 Pull-ups and 7 Box Dips,

every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.

101:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Row 400 meters
20 Walking Lunge Steps
15 Push-ups
