Weighted pull-ups 5-5-5-5-5 reps, or

Five rounds of:
Negative Pull-ups or Deep Ring Rows for max time
Rest 2 minutes

Then,
Three rounds for time of:
15 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14 lbs
10 Kettlebell Snatches, 1.5/1 pood, alternating arms

101:
Practice the Banded Pull-up

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
25 Air Squats
25 Sit-ups
25 Burpees
