BRINGAFRIENDDAY is Today!

Come in with a friend today for a team workout, games and a barbeque afterwards! Even if you don’t have a friend to bring, come in anyway. We’re gonna have a lot of fun!

One team member starts at each station. All team members rotate stations when the rower completes 200 meters. The stations are:

Kettlebell Swings
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Row 200 meters

Not including the distance on the rower, record total reps each individual completes in 15 minutes.
