CrossFit Caliber had some fun paddleboarding at Three Oaks Recreational Area in Crystal Lake over the weekend.

Three rounds for time:
15 Deadlifts, 155/110 lb.
10 Power Cleans, 155/110 lb.
5 Push Jerks, 155/110 lb.
Run 800 meters

Three rounds for reps of:
Burpees, 1 minute
Box Dips, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Squats, 1 minute
Single unders, 1 minutes
Rest 1 minute
