8 Clean and jerks
12 Pull-ups
24 Double Unders

You pick the bar weight.

101:

Practice the Burgener Warm-up.

Then,
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes do:
5 Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
30 Mountain Climbers
then as many Squats as possible in the time remaining. Count total number of Squats.
