Practice the Press, Push-press & Push-jerk with PVC

Then,

Three rounds for reps of:
Squats, 1 minute
Burpees, 1 minute
Bodyweight Good Mornings, 1 minute
Mountain Climbers, 1 minute
Tuck Jumps, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
