Partner Workout!

For time:
Partner 1: Plank hold
Partner 2: 40 Burpees
Partners switch roles
Then,
Partner 1: Dead hang hold
Partner 2: 1 pood Kettlebell Swings, 40 reps
Partners switch roles
Then,
Partner 1: Squat hold
Partner 2: 20/14 lb Wall Ball Shots, 40 reps
Partners switch roles
Then,
Partner 1: Sampson Stretch hold
Partner 2: 20″ Box Jumps, 40 reps
Partners switch roles

Each time the partner doing the hold stops, the other partner must also stop.
