Are you ready?

I’ve only been doing Pull-ups with the red band, I’m not ready to do strict Pull-ups yet…
I’ve only been doing 55 lb Thrusters, I’m not ready to do 65 yet…
I’ve only ran 1 mile at the most, I’m not ready to do 2 yet…

Now read it again but replace the word “ready” with “willing”.

So, are you ready?

For time:
Run 1600 meters
Run 800 meters with 10/20 lb plates
Run 600 meters with 20/30 lb Slam ball
Run 400 meters with a 1/1.5 pood Kettlebell
Run 200 meters with a 1.5/2 pood Kettlebell
