400 meter Run
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
400 meter Run

You cannot partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats any way you want. If you have body armor or a 20 lb vest, forget about it. Sprint your ass off on this one.

Practice the Back Squat with PVC and light bar. Then do the Quarter “Murph” above.
