2 Rope Climbs, 15 feet
15 Push-ups
15 Sit-up Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

101:
Learn and practice the Rope Climb and its progressions.

Then,

21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:
PVC Overhead Squats
Sit-ups
Burpees
