But it requires precise weighing and measuring of food. This workshop will help you understand what the Zone is and develop an easy method of calculating food so that within two weeks you can successfully apply the Zone to your daily life. Even if you have already achieved considerable fitness goals, eating in the Zone can take you further. Get ready to accomplish more than you ever thought possible!
Bring pencil and paper because you will be calculating your individual daily food intake needs.
