Aaron prepares the 7:30 pm class for “Fight Gone Bad” last night.

Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Then,
800 meter Run for time
Rest 3 minutes
Repeat one more time.

Record each run time.

101:
Practice the Overhead Squat with PVC pipe and light bar.

Then,
Six rounds for reps of:
Push-ups, 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Sit-ups, 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
