Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 1.5/1 pood

Then immediately afterward,

Three rounds for time of:
400 meter Row
Rest 3 minutes

101:
Practice the Kettlebell Swing with light weight.

Then,
Three rounds for time of:
25 Air Squats
15 Push-ups
150 Single Unders
