The first Open workout is here!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge, 95/65 lbs
8 Bar facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge, 95/65 lbs
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

For those not in the Open, if there is not enough room to run everyone at the same time, you may sub the walking lunge with lunging in place.
