Chin over bar hold for time
Rest 3 minutes

Then,
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
20 Double unders
10 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
10 Push-ups

101:
As many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:
25 Air Squats
25 Sit-ups
25 Burpees
