It’s the third Lurong Resolution Challenge WOD!

Four rounds for time of:
10 Toes to Bar (L2: Knees to 90, L1: Sit-ups)
10 Snatches (L3: 135/95 lbs, L2: 95/65 lbs, L1: G2O 65/45 lbs)

11 minute cap.

 

101:

Practice the Medball Clean.

Then,
As many reps as possible in 11 minutes of:
10 Medball Ground to Overhead
10 Sit-ups
