The Lurong Resolution Challenge starts today! If you are participating, come in early to get your measurements taken. You will then do the first WOD:

WOD:
3 Minutes of 1.5/1 pood Sumo deadlift High pulls for reps
1 Minute Rest
3 Minutes Max Cluster (Clean to Thruster) 155/105
1 Minute Rest
3 Minutes of 1.5/1 pood Sumo deadlift High pulls for reps

Challenge participants:
3 Minute Row for Max Calories
1 Minute Rest
3 Minutes Max Cluster (Clean to Thruster) Level 1: 155/105, Level 2: 95/65, Level 1: 55/35
1 Minute Rest
3 Minute Row for Max Calories

101:
Practice the Press, Push-press and Push-jerk

Then,
30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:
V-Sit-ups
Push-ups
Squat Jumps
