Perform one Clean and Jerk every minute, on the minute for 15 minutes. Record heaviest lift accomplished.

For time:
100 Jumping Jacks
Rest 1 minute
60 High Knees
Rest 1 minute
30 Burpees

Rest as needed, then
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes do:
3 Push-ups
6 Sit-ups
9 Squats
