Deadlift 5-3-1, or if you have alrady done so this week then practice Double or Triple Unders.

Then,
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
30 Wall-ball shots, 20/14lb. ball

CaliberFit101:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Sit-ups
40 Mountain Climbers
60 Jumping Jacks
